1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
✔️ The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
✔️ The return request must be made within 30 days of the delivery date.
✔️ The product must be free of damage (unless it arrived defective).
✔️ Custom-made or engraved items cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
❌ Personalized or engraved jewelry.
❌ Items marked as “Final Sale” or purchased during special promotions.
❌ Any item returned after 30 days of delivery.
3. Refund Process
If your return meets the eligibility criteria, we will process your refund as follows:
🔹 Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (credit/debit card, PayPal, etc.).
🔹 Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
🔹 Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
4. Exchange Policy
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or style:

✔️ We will assist you in exchanging the item, subject to availability.
✔️ Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
5. How to Initiate a Return
To request a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

2️⃣ Our team will provide a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and return instructions.

6. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective:
